2.4. All activity conducted through Your account is considered to have been authorized by You. Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3.2. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. You must promptly update this information when changes occur.

3.3. You consent to Our use of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures to verify Your identity.

3.4. We may request supporting documentation, including government-issued ID, proof of residence, financial information, and other compliance-related materials.

3.5. Failure to comply with verification requirements may lead to delays, account restrictions, or refusal of service.

4.1. iM Global Partner provides access to digital trading services, including but not limited to: 

4.1.1. Trading in financial instruments such as currencies, commodities, indices, equities, and derivatives;

4.1.3. Portfolio and position management tools; 

4.1.4. Risk management features including stop-loss and take-profit orders; 

4.1.5. Access to educational resources and community content.

4.2. iM Global Partner reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time with or without prior notice, provided that such changes do not infringe on the User’s existing rights.

5. Acceptable Use and Conduct

6.3. iM Global Partner is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or regulatory verification processes.

6.4. We may impose fees for certain types of transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated on Our platform.

8.3. You grant iM Global Partner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content You upload (e.g., feedback, profile content) for the operation and improvement of Our services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1.1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; 13.1.2. Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity; 13.1.3. Service interruptions or platform errors beyond Our control.

13.2. In any case, iM Global Partner’s total liability for damages shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by You in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

14.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iM Global Partner, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: 

14.1.1. Your breach of these Terms; 

14.1.2. Your violation of any law or regulation; 14.1.3. Your misuse of the platform or services.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.2. All legal actions or proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, UK.

16. Severability

16.1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

17.1. These Terms, along with Our Privacy Policy and other applicable legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between You and iM Global Partner and supersede all prior agreements.

17.2. Any waiver or failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
