3. Who Must Comply

3.1. All Users are subject to KYC procedures, including: 

3.1.1. Individual Clients: Any private person creating a personal account on Our platform; 

3.1.2. Corporate Clients: Companies, partnerships, or legal entities using Our platform for business transactions.

3.2. KYC is mandatory for accessing Our financial services and initiating transactions.

4. Information We Collect

4.1. For individual Users, We require: 

4.1.1. Full legal name; 

4.1.2. Date of birth; 

4.1.3. Residential address; 

4.1.4. Government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or national ID); 

4.1.5. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days).

4.2. For corporate Users, We require: 

4.2.1. Certificate of incorporation or registration; 

4.2.2. Company bylaws or memorandum of association; 

4.2.3. Business licenses and tax documentation; 

4.2.4. Details of company directors and authorized representatives; 

4.2.5. Identification and proof of address for beneficial owners.

5. Verification Process

5.1. iM Global Partner uses a combination of automated and manual checks to validate submitted documents.

5.2. Documents are cross-referenced using secure databases to ensure authenticity and accuracy. Any discrepancies or falsified information may lead to denial of services.

5.3. Identity verification must be successfully completed before You are allowed to: 

5.3.1. Fund Your account; 

5.3.2. Place trades; 

5.3.3. Withdraw funds; 

5.3.4. Access advanced features.

6. International Clients

6.1. We welcome Users from various jurisdictions. All international clients are subject to the same KYC requirements as domestic Users.

6.2. In jurisdictions with enhanced due diligence standards, additional documentation or extended verification timelines may apply.

8.1.3. Maintain up-to-date User records.

8.2. Failure to respond to update requests may result in account suspension or restriction of services.

9. Refusal, Suspension, and Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to decline access or suspend accounts if: 

9.1.1. Required documents are not submitted; 

9.1.2. Submitted information is false or misleading; 

9.1.3. We are unable to complete verification to a satisfactory standard.

9.2. Accounts may be terminated if the User is found to have violated any AML/CTF policies or engaged in prohibited activities.

10. How to Submit KYC Documents

10.2. All uploads must meet the following standards: 

10.2.1. Documents must be clearly legible and unaltered; 

10.2.2. Files must be in supported formats (JPG, PNG, PDF); 

10.2.3. Expired documents will not be accepted.

10.3. Verification typically takes 24–72 business hours. Delays may occur based on document quality or compliance review queues.
